Service Policies

Inland Fire Service operates as a mobile, on-site service provider. To complete your service efficiently, access to all fire extinguishers must be available at the scheduled time.

If access is not available, or if an appointment is missed or canceled late, a minimum service fee may apply. This helps cover reserved time and travel.

Any additional work found during inspection—such as repairs, replacements, or deficiencies will be clearly documented and quoted separately for approval before proceeding.

If a return visit is required due to access issues, incomplete service, or approved additional work, a standard service call fee may apply.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Privacy Policy

We collect basic contact and service-related information to schedule work, complete services, and communicate with you. Your information is never sold or shared. It is used strictly for business operations related to your service.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Some third-party tools used on this site, such as Google reCAPTCHA, may collect limited data to help prevent spam and abuse.
